Pinnacle Distribution, a division of Bunzl Canada Inc. (“Bunzl”), is a supplier of disposable packaging products, restaurant, and coffee supplies to the food service industry. We also supply institutional paper products, garbage bags, janitorial chemicals, and equipment, including environmentally friendly products.
We have a full-time opportunity for a combined role as a Customer Service/Warehouse employee in our Regina location.
Are you able to work in all areas of our business providing excellent Customer Service? Do you have great attention to detail, working in a warehouse, assisting walk-in customers and taking pride in the appearance of a showroom as well as handling incoming calls and other duties as required?
Responsibilities:
- Work the counter, selling from our showroom
- Handle inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Deal with inquiries and requests from customers
- Enter orders in the system – data entry
- Showroom cleanliness, stocking, and facing of shelves
- Warehouse shipping and receiving of product
- Prepare shipping documents
- Assist with cycle and inventory counts
- Accurate picking of orders
- Perform other duties as required

Requirements:
- Customer Service experience
- Excellent data entry skills
- Sense of personal responsibility and strong work ethic
- Ability to read, interpret and understand order information
- Forklift and WHMIS training would be an asset
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
