The Director, HR Operations is a core member of the leadership team and maintains a sharp focus on optimizing the operations within Seneca through effective processes and service delivery. This role leads a large team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and consistent responses to HR-related inquiries and transaction requests across HR Technology, Inquiry and Transactional Services, and Specialized Services. The incumbent is also responsible for defining Seneca’s overall HR technology strategy in collaboration with the Director, HR Transformation. As an integral part of the HR leadership team, the Director, HR Operations plays a key role in driving the HR digital transformation by developing and implementing Seneca’s next generation HR Technology strategy and roadmap, optimizing HR business process, and strengthening HR analytics capability to ensure HR technology and systems are aligned with strategic objectives.
