Scope of Position*
The Human Resources Recruitment Specialist works in partnership with management and employees on the full spectrum of HR programs and services having a primary focus on recruitment and retention initiatives. The HR Recruitment Specialist develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of client business objectives, strategies, programs, challenges and opportunities by consulting with stakeholders on an on-going basis. Keeps current with external and internal issues affecting daily operations and their potential impact on the attainment of business goals and financial objectives as relates to recruitment and retention.
