Industrial Labourer (Nights)

Sureway Construction Group of Companies is currently hiring a FT Temporary – Industrial Labourer (Night Shift) located in Edmonton, AB starting beginning of April 2023. Shift: 7:30pm-5:30am.

Job Type: Full Time, Seasonal

Schedule: 10+ Hours/day, 4-6 days per week, OT after 10hrs/day or 40hrs/week. Must be willing to work weekends.

Location: Edmonton (non-camp position, required to live in the area) – no direct access to public transportation

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

• Personal Reliable Vehicle & Valid Drivers Licence
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing (urine-based test)
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation

Industrial Labourer Responsibilities:

• Heavy lifting, repetitive tasks, and outdoor work.
• General labourer duties.
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
