As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment where efficiency and quality of deliverables are highly valued. To help you achieve your goals, you will work within a Scrum team consisting of a Product Owner, developers and Quality Assurance (QA) specialists. What are you going to work on?

• You will conduct research and analysis of operational requirements; understand business issues and industry challenges
• In collaboration with the Product Owner (PO), you will design and document detailed solutions that meet customer requirements, while respecting budget limits.
• You will perform an in-depth impact analysis for each proposed solution to assess the functional impacts
• You will translate business solutions into user stories and lead weekly refinement meetings with your Scrum team
• You will provide support to your Scrum team during development, internal testing and external testing performed by our customers (UAT).
• After each sprint, you’ll present what your team has accomplished to the customer and help answer questions and comments.
• You will be responsible for updating our system specification documentation

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer systems management (MIS) or equivalent is great, but not a requirement
