The Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist the People and Culture Team in growing our incredible workforce. From creating and posting job descriptions, to sourcing and screening candidates for our colleagues to consider, to facilitating interviews and negotiating offers, you will be an integral part of Versaterm’s future success.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
• Grow and foster relationships as you build our database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.
• Source candidates using a variety of tools including LinkedIn, Indeed as well as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Conduct research on current and future positions within the Versaterm family so that you may better understand requirements as they present themselves
• Screen and interview candidates by assessing their abilities against the qualifications of each role.
• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates and collaborate with the team to prepare offers and work on pricing strategies.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/staffing experience
• The ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills and good attention to detail
• Must be able to obtain an Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
• A relevant University Degree or equivalent
• Experience in the software industry would be beneficial
