Do you have strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex financial matters in a clear and concise manner? We are looking for someone to support long-term strategy and Liquids Pipelines commercial activity, including new/ renewed customer business and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). If you are a designated accountant or CFA with corporate finance experience looking for an opportunity to use your critical thinking skills, this opportunity is for you!
What you will do:

Working closely with Business Development, Commercial, Regulatory and Fundamentals teams, understand and clearly communicate the financial impacts of opportunities under different market scenarios.

Lead the financial modelling and analysis of business opportunities including organic growth, system expansions, customer/contract renewals, key regulatory initiatives, and asset acquisitions and divestitures.

Demonstrate curiosity and critical thought to enhance business opportunities and increase likelihood of success.

Present financial analysis to senior management.

Review and provide support for material to be submitted for Capital Allocation approval (CEO and/or Board).

Lead the integration and implementation of approved business and corporate development activity as it relates to Liquids Pipelines.

Collaborate with Liquids Pipelines Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ensure all commercial and Business Development activity is appropriately included in the budgets, forecasts, and long-range plan.
Who you are:

You have a related university degree with Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics major.

Designated professional accountant and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

10 or more years of directly related experience.

Preference given for those with a Master of Business Administration.
