Pool Supplies Canada Looking for Customer Service Representative 3 Month Contract at Remote Full Time

As a Customer Service Representative at Pool Supplies Canada you will be assisting customers remotely over phone, chat and email. This job requires someone who can communicate respectfully and professionally, via chat and email to customers, co-workers and manufacturers. You will need to be able to work independently and with your team to communicate effectively and solve customer inquiries. No prior pool knowledge is required, as you will be introduced to each department, but also trained extensively in your own area.

Contract Date: Monday, April 3, 2023 – June 30, 2023

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Responding to customer phone calls & chat & email queries in a timely and accurate manner
• Answering an average of 75 calls, chat and emails daily
• Take orders and process payments
• Answer customer’s product questions and make product recommendations
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team when in need of assistance or to help others
• Provide clear, detailed notes of all interactions with customers and manufacturers.
• Make outgoing phone calls to customers and manufacturers.
• Stay updated on all product or policy changes.
• Follow through on various jobs and responsibilities that are asked of you

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Access to strong internet connection
• Quiet home setup with minimal distractions

Employment Type: Contract ( 3 months)

Wage: $16.00/hr

Location: Remotely (Work from home)
