Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email communications
· Respond promptly to incoming voice and email communications
· Conduct a comprehensive range of incoming order processing activities
· Complete all necessary paperwork and effectively communicate with the accounting department to handle customer deductions and RMA’s
· Communicate with relevant personnel as needed to address customer requests and inquiries
· Keep track of the status of “in process” orders and provide timely updates to customers and sales representatives
· Collaborate with our Order Entry team to verify the accuracy of all aspects of the order entry process
· Handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our business
· Develop and implement strategies for improving the overall customer experience and identify areas for improvement
Other Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service is a must for this position.
· The ideal candidate should possess self-motivation, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in French or Spanish would be an added advantage.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a friendly and professional telephone manner.
· Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office equipment, such as scanners, photocopiers, and fax machines, is necessary.
