Your role is important:
The distribution network is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This organized and efficient representative will be responsible for cultivating a friendly relationship with clients while ensuring that they receive prompt service and support in a timely manner.
Your main responsabilities:
- Be the first contact with clients for products & services
- Inside sales roles, coordinates all product related issues
- Process customers orders and credits related to customers issues
- Inform clients on new release products and policies
- Direct and assist customers towards the site with the support of marketing digital
- Act as a liaison between clients and warehouse personnel to resolve shipping issues
- Use company software to log in customer claims and information
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or relevant experience
