Job description
Pre-requisite Qualifications (knowledge, skills, attributes, accreditations, training, experience):
– Fluent oral and written English
– Strong interpersonal and time management skills
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales support and customer service
– Knowledge of Business Central 365 and Truecommerce an asset
– Strong mathematical and desktop computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office Programs
Job Summary (purpose of job, what is done, how):
– The CSM conducts outbound daily calls for customer orders; inputs these orders into the sales database; acts as the direct link between Baker St and its customers to resolve complaints and build strong customer relationships
-Daily tasks includes ASN’s, accounts receivables, administrative work
– Organizing and filing driver paperwork
– Export, Create, Post and Print customer invoices as required
– Create and maintain production guide
– The incumbent supports the COO in fulfilling all sales targets by proposing promotional strategies to boost client sales
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
