Fleurexpert Looking for Sales Representative at Saint-Laurent, Quebec Full Time

Fleurexpert is one of the most important wholesaler in Quebec, specializing in the distribution of fresh cut flowers and decorative accessories.
We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team.
Under the direction of the General Manager, the Sales Representative will actively participate in the tasks related to the sale of products: communication with customers, creation of purchase orders, after-sales service.
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and structured person to expand our network and ensure the development of sales growth.

Main responsibilities :
• Make prospecting calls / development of customers
• Greet customers and create a relationship of trust
• Actively listen to customers in order to understand their needs
• Master the details of our product line, introduce our collections, advise and assist customers throughout the purchasing process
• Create purchase orders in the ERP and ensure the accuracy of the data entered
• Analyze sales and inventory reports
• Participate in customer research and development, in partnership with other team members
• Perform all other related tasks

Required skills and habilities :
• 1 to 3 years of sales experience, ideally in wholesale
• Experience in the floral or decorating field is an asset
• DEC or Certificate in Sales or Customer Service, or any other related training
• Bilingualism French/English
• Good knowledge of the Office suite (particularly Excel) and ERP an asset
• Active listening and interpersonal skills
• Have a collaborative spirit
• Rigorous in the execution of tasks
• Available Monday to Friday, from 6am to 3pm and occasionally on Saturday
