We are hiring a Junior Certified Energy Advisor to perform EnerGuide Home Evaluations on existing houses.

You are a passionate,enthusiastic and energetic person who is seeking to improve in this field

Scheduling & Compensation:
-Schedule:Flexible hours (including weekends) based on the client’s and your availibility
-Compensation:Per job performed after training and registration,Negotiable

Training and Registration:Enerhold Solutions will work with you to complete the probationary files and registration with NRCan.

Requirements:
– Both exams(Home and Foundation Exam) must be written and passed
– Strong understanding of the EnerGuide Rating System materials
– Competent with HOT2000, the Report Generator, Compliance Report Calculator(Will be covered during the traing too)
– Excellent communication and coordination skills
– Must hold Valid BC drivers license and own a reliable car

The candidate must be ready to demonstrate knowledge of the EnerGuide Rating System Services materials and modelling procedures during the interview.

Responsibilities:
– perform site visits, inspections, and blower door testing, as per EnerGuide procedures (site visits may be conducted solo)
– energy modelling and generating reports
