Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Organize and maintain daily files
– Greeting clients and answering general inquiries
– Answering and directing incoming calls and operating internal phone system/switchboard
– Prepare and accept incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
– Organize and maintain daily files
– Receive and refund payments on account and deposits
– Prepare daily sales logs and relevant reports and mailings
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent Oral and Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities on a moment’s notice.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Prior Auto Dealer experience will be considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.65-$18.97 per hour
