Clearstream is looking for Journeyperson Pipefitters to work on a client site. This position will require troubleshooting, prioritizing repairs, and the work volume will vary as per site needs.
Please note that this is an expression of interest job post, and this position would be based in Whitecourt.
What you’ll be doing:
Study blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the type of pipe and tools to use and lay out the sequence of tasks.
Draft detailed sketches for pipe and equipment fabrication and installation, as required.
Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal, plastic and fiberglass pipes, valves, and fittings.
Join pipe sections, related equipment and secure in position.
Use testing equipment to check systems for leaks.
Maintain and repair piping systems.
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Journeyman Pipefitter ticket
5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance
Valid H2S Alive, Standard First Aid, and CSO
Valid AWP, Fall Protection and Confined Space- Entry tickets are an asset.
Enjoy a varied workload
Must have your own transportation and be able to travel to client sites.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
