POSITION TYPE:

• Full Time Seasonal (April 10, 2023 – October 10, 2023)
• 30 hours/week
• Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 2:30 pm (possible occasional Saturdays)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

• Provide a positive customer experience through responding to daily calls and emails, communicating schedule changes, and prioritizing customer needs and requests.
• Provide team support by reviewing daily schedules, communicating service changes, and liaise between customers and the team.
• Assist with daily office operations by supporting various projects and initiatives and focusing on office organization and cleanliness.
• Contribute to the company sales targets through customer collections, promoting sales promotions and additional services, and providing accurate quotes and estimates to customers.
• Promote and participate in Team Huddles, Team Events, and other activities focused on our All STAR TEAM culture.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Skills – Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Suite, Email and typing skills.
• Customer Service Experience – Previous experience with making/taking calls, responding to emails, and assigning priority responses.
• Basic use of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Valid Driver License and own vehicle is a MUST for daily commute. Our office is located about 10 minutes south of the Seton Community in the Dunbow area.
• High School Diploma
• Previous experience or knowledge in the Green Industry is an asset for this position.

COMPENSATION:

• $19.00/hour – $21.20/hour
