Under the clinical supervision of the owner, CYW/C will provide direct support services to children, youth and families in the community seeking quality private supports as well. .

Our organization is currently seeking a motivated, dedicated Youth Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be compassionate and possess strong interpersonal skills. S/he will be a leader and role model for the youth on our team, helping to facilitate fun activities for clients, maintain order and discipline during outdoor activities, assist in planning and executing projects, attending events and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Help children and adolescents deal with problems in their lives.
- Listen to and talk to children and adolescents in different settings.
- Help people with a wide variety of immediate concerns.
- Help people resolve conflicts and problems.
- Foster self-awareness and encourage self-expression.
- Provide opportunities for personal growth and development.
- Work with diverse populations of children and adolescents.
Job Types: Casual, Freelance
Salary: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
