Administrative Assistant/HR Administrator
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant/HR Administrator to support our team during a parental leave for one of our team. In this role, you will be working out of our Edmonton office reporting to the Manager of Recruitment. While we do offer a hybrid, work from home component, initial training will be done at the office. You will be responsible for a variety of activities to support the team which include but are not limited to general HR administration, maintaining employee files, and ensuring personnel are qualified for their role. To succeed in this role, you will need to be self-managed, thrive in an environment that is ever-changing and enjoy a variety of tasks with competing priorities. This role will be for a period of six to nine months depending on when the current employee is off on parental leave.

Experience:
Human resources – 1 year preferred but not necessary. Administrative Assistant – minimum of five years. Experience with Taleo and Oracle based systems would be an asset, but we can teach those. It is essential you have a very good grasp of the Microsoft office suite of products and can multi-task in an ever-changing environment. You will be an independent contributor able to prioritize your workload while maintaining a very strong customer service focus.

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
