SuiteWorks is looking for a well-rounded permanent part-time Receptionist/Admin with Hospitality experience (with potential to change to Full Time basis – based on business demands), that knows what it takes to provide superior customer service while working various roles such as reception, booking meeting space along with setting up & tearing down rooms, client/tenant interactions, basic accounting/administrative tasks, and general housekeeping items.
This person must have computer knowledge, a proven track record in the customer service field/hospitality, great multi tasker, basic accounting knowledge (Quickbooks preferred), and be available daytime and occasional evening/weekends
