Entry Level Bookkeeper
Part – Time Remote
30 hours a week
Monday to Friday
Breeze Business Management provides virtual business management and accounting services to businesses of all sizes.
We are looking to bring on a part-time team bookkeeper to assist on the day-day needs of Breeze Business Management. This position will report directly to the Senior Account Manager and has the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.

● You’re a self-starter who can utilize standard operating procedures and update as necessary.
We’re looking for a team member who:
● Is experienced with virtual bookkeeping and full-cycle accounting.
● Experienced with QuickBooks® Online.
Bonus points to you if:
● You are familiar and experienced with with QuickBooks® Online Payroll
● You are familiar and experienced with preparing and filing HST Returns
● You are familiar and experienced with preparing and filing WSIB
● You are familiar and experienced with QuickBooks® Workpapers
Extra bonus point if you:
● You are familiar and experienced with complicated business structures (Holding
Corps, Associated Corporations, Etc)
● Have your QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification
Duties may require:
● Managing several client files including AR and AP, HST returns, WSIB, Payroll and more.
● Reconciling bank accounts monthly in QuickBooks® Online
● Preparing monthly reports for clients, as per outlined Breeze Process Document(s)
● Assisting team members and clients with issues as required
● Updating Breeze trackers as necessary
● Full A/R Management including drafting invoices, seeking approval, and collection support
● Full A/P Management including data entry, seeking approval, and remitting online payment.

● Slack
● Google Products (Google Docs, Sheets, Google Drive)
● QuickBooks® Online
● LOOM
● ZOOM
Must have experience with computerized accounting and have access the following tools:
Reliable Computer
Reliable High-Speed or Fibre Internet Connection
Reliable Cell-phone (for 2-Factor Authentication Purposes)
Paper Shredder
Printer / Scanner
