Legacy Ford Fernie: is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant extraordinaire! :This is a position that will give you a chance to work parallel to all our departments. If you have a thirst for knowledge, thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a master multitasker then this is for you. Our team members work closely with each other in a very positive and supportive environment to provide exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys a team atmosphere to join us.
Duties: :
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
- Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers as needed
- Receive payments
- Access and process invoices and statements
- Maintain records and statistics
- Perform general office duties
• Assist all departments as requested
Requirements: :
• Dealership experience is an asset but not necessary
• Must be a self starter and able to complete assigned tasks effectively
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and be organized
- Office and administration experience is an asset
- Organized, punctual, reliable and able to multitask
- Able to work in a high pace environment
- Fluent with computers and experience with different programs is an asset

Compensation: *** $20 – $30 per hour depending on experience ***:
