Highway Mazda is looking for a Receptionist/Customer Service Rep to work at our Dealership. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service.
As the Receptionist/Customer Service Rep your Primary Responsibilities will be;
– Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for our Dealership customers
– Field customer inquiries both online and in-person in order to ensure customers receive the appropriate information
– Provide administrative support, including running monthly reports and keeping accurate records
Qualifications
– Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
– Excellent organization skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
– Excellent computer skills with the ability to work within a number of different programs/systems
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
