Relevant directement de la Directrice Ressources humaines, le Gestionnaire, Paie et avantages sociaux est responsable du traitement de la paie selon un cycle bihebdomadaire, tout en assurant l’administration complète des divers programmes d’avantages sociaux et du régime d’assurance collectivee et en ayant sous sa supervision une coordonnatrice, paie & avantages sociaux.

Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Director, the Payroll and Benefits Manager is responsible for processing payroll on a bi-weekly cycle, while ensuring the complete administration of the various benefit programs and the group insurance plan and having under his supervision a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator.
