Fountain Tire Edmonton Commercial, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for responsible, safe and dedicated associates to join our team as Inside Sales Representative.
Pay: $45,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:

Creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians

Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.

Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received

Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers

Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer, and process all necessary information in the computer system.

The responsibility to keep yourself and your coworkers safe

Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.

Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire.

Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.

Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts

Pride in the work you’ve done keeping your customers safe and on the road, site or field!
Working conditions:

A team environment where hard work, concise communication and clear heads are rewarded

Consistent lifting of weights of approximately 25KG is required

Consistent work with computers and communicating on the phone
Qualifications:
-
Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate

A valid driver’s license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver’s abstract
