Responsibilities:
Assist with design and implementation of interfaces between D365 F&SC and other client or external systems
Utilize Lifecycle Services to manage functional and technical aspects of a D365 F&O implementation
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application and data integrity issues
Plan for and manage periodic Microsoft application updates
Work with Power Platform applications such as Flow, PowerApps, and Power BI
Work collaboratively with a team encompassing many different backgrounds and experience levels
Manage and document business and system processes making use of Microsoft cloud-based tools including Lifecycle Services and Azure Dev Ops
Train key users on the core job functions
Identify and link functional and technical requirements to deliver an end-to-end solution
Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous versions
3+ years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft D365 F&SC or previous version
Experience with Microsoft SureStep methodology or similar software implementation methodology
Understanding of ERP software implementation project life cycles and methodologies
BS/BA or Master’s in Computer Science, Business, MIS, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
Deep knowledge in Core Business processes: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Plan to Produce
Significant experience in successfully contributing to two or more Microsoft D365 F&SC implementations (references will be required)
Minimum of at least two Microsoft D365 F&SC certifications (Trade and Logistics, Production or Finance preferred)
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute to the consulting team as well as the client team as well as develop strong working relationships with clients.
Relevant, hands-on work related experience working in a consulting environment
Desire to learn, grow and exceed both management and client expectations
Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Prior experience working in retail, food and beverage, life sciences, industrial products or government contracting industry desired
D365 Power Platform implementation experience a plus
