Position / Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports To: Office Manager
Job Overview
As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for answering the phone, sending and receiving emails, and assisting with general duties in the office.
Responsibilities and Duties will be as mentioned below but not limited to:
· Represent Quartzco as a leader in the Ontario stone installation and fabrication industry
· Work with Office team to create an exceptional experience for our customers
· Point of contact with our customers to book appointments
· Support the team in developing processes and policies as required
· Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
· Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with team members in a concise and logical way
· Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
· Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
· Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
· Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
