About the role:
Connect with customers that submit requests for our junk removal service, seek to understand their needs, and advise on the solutions we provide. Just like MAGIC! You will close the sale by booking the appointment with one of our amazing truck teams!
Training:

Hiring Immediately for our May 12th 2023 Training Class

Full-Time. Work 5 days, 2 days off, 8.5 hour shifts rotating

Following training, Availability to work shifts anytime between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, Monday-Sunday EST

Receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training!

So lets get down to business!

You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
-
Friendly telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
-
You are driven, self motivated and are up to the challenge of achieving 80 – 90 dials per day. You always put your best into what you do and love to stand out amongst your peers!

You enjoy a challenge, think on your feet and aren’t phased by change
-
Comfortable learning new technology with a good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
-
A quiet space at home, quick, reliable internet connection, and a good personal computer with min 8GB memory
-
Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is awesome!
