Position Overview: Leading the warehouse team in their Richmond , British Comlumbia distribution centre, you will be responsible for maximzing overall productivity and efficiency for all warehouse operations. You will be organizing your team to handle high volume goods flow by working closely with your supervisors to ensure optimal productivity. If you have a track record of success in motivating and managing a team in a warehouse setting, then we want to hear from you.

- Payrate $65,000 – $80,000 / year depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving
- Optimize processes to ensure product moves efficiently
- Ensure warehouse support teams are moving shipments through on time and in the correct quantities
- Schedule and assign tasks to leadership team and workers to achieve maximum productivity
- Continuously improve warehouse operations by implementing better systems and processes as needed
- Ensure that all safety policies and procedures are followed at all times
What you will need:
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
