Shout out to all Press and Baler Operators! Our client is expanding and we’re looking for new people to join their team in Inkerman, New Brunswick!
We are currently looking for a Press and Baler Operator to join our client who is North America’s largest producer of horticultural-grade peat and the largest distributor of peat moss and bark-based growing mixes.
Press Operator$18.78 / Hour + vacation accrual
Bi-Weekly rotation: Days, Afternoons, Nights

What You Will Be Doing
- Operating baler and coating, machines and conducting maintenance and cleaning around the presses and work area
- Conduct routine cleaning of conveyor on each press, assisting in changing Teflon strips on sealer, and assisting in loading feeders
- Additional duties as required including stocking and assisting team members
What You Bring To The Table
- Previous experience as machine operator or general labourer- press machine or baler experience an asset but not required
- Fluent French language is required – bilingual / unilingual French
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
