Shah Canada Group of Companies Looking for Data Entry Specialist at Greater Toronto Area, Canada Full Time

Data entry accuracy and system appropriate formatting

• Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
• Proactively verify data through various sources
• Monitor and update existing data when required
• Retrieve data for team members upon request
• Perform data searches
• Troubleshoot database by updating and correcting data as needed
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry by working efficiently and meeting deadlines
• Identify and report any data discrepancies or inconsistencies to appropriate team members
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered
• Address data inconsistencies
• Answer queries related to data or data errors in the system
• Perform all data entry related tasks including sorting, proofing, updating, mailing, and storing.
• Compile, sort, verify and correct data to be entered
• Review data for completeness and accuracy
• Contact sources to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data

Requirements

• College degree or Diploma required
• Proven experience in data entry or similar role within similar industry
• Problem Solving Ability
• Proficient in Excel & Data processing skills
• Must be able to communicate in English
• Has the ability to multi-task and learn quickly
