Our client, a company specialized in production and distribution of construction material, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator in Sales!

– Role is remote except for about 1 time a month during sales meetings when they have to travel to the office to organize the day

Your profile:
– Relevant experience in administration or sales (3+ years)
– Bilingual, French and English because they have clients and managers in other provinces outside of Quebec
– DEC in administration
– Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
– Knowledge of AS-400, an asset
– Organized person with a strong character who works well under pressure and in a team environment
Your role:
– Ensure the smooth operation of sales
– Manage travel, hotel and restaurant reservations, etc. during business trips
– Take care of the agenda, organize and plan meetings
– Prepare Excel files and PowerPoint presentations
– Perform CRM sales reports
– Organize monthly sales meetings
