How you’ll shape the future of the Training Department:

Participate in the development and implementation of on-the-job training strategies for a manufacturing plant with more than 750 employees, within a dynamic team of 10 Human Resources and Training Professionals

Exercise leadership and influence by providing advice to employees, trainers and management teams on training and development.

Build and maintain a business relationship with stakeholders (managers, supervisory teams and employees), understand their needs and issues and play a key role in achieving their business objectives.

Design and develop training activities and plans, individual or group, to meet the needs of different sectors and ensure a qualified workforce for the operation.

Develop, implement and maintain various systems and databases to track employee qualification files.

Act as a resource person and participate in various committees and working groups.
You’ll be someone who can bring (minimum experience/skills/requirements/degree):

Education: Administration or technology college diploma or equivalent
-
Experience: Minimum 3 years in related field
-
Excellent communication and writing skills and leadership
-
Strong analytical and summarizing skills
-
Able to understand production processes
-
Intermediate MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS)
