Modular Fabrication Inc. is one of the largest steel fabrication facilities in New Brunswick. We specialize in steel bridge girders, tanks, material handling equipment and heavy structural construction. We are currently seeking applicants for the position of “Human Resource Coordinator”.
Position: Human Resource Coordinator
Job Tasks:
- Prepare job postings
- Screen resumes and check references
- Conduct interviews by phone and face to face
- Prepare job offers
- Research as required to meet recruitment goals
- Improve, develop and implement HR procedures / programs
- Organize employee events
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree or diploma related to Human Resources (or related discipline / experience)
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in the Human Resource discipline
- Have knowledge of latest HR employment laws
- Must possess excellent planning Skills
- Must possess excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Bilingual in English and French is considered asset
- Must be organized.
- Must be a team player
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
