Customer Support Agent
As a Customer Support Agent at 10to8 you will be dealing with different businesses customers on a daily basis. We currently communicate with our clients over Email, Live Chat, Zoom and Phone.

Our highly skilled & growing team consists of passionate people; software engineering, sales, customer success, HR & admin, and marketing activities are all done in-house. We are a diverse team spread across the globe but mostly located in the United Kingdom. We are office-less and work remotely, but once safe, we are going to meet up regularly in Cambridge and London.

What will you be doing?
Your main responsibility will be to communicate with customers to help them with getting started with their business account as well as solve any issues they might run into. You will be doing this over the phone, email, live chat and Zoom.
As part of helping the client, you will also be required to communicate internally, especially with the Engineering Team for solving issues and the Customer Success/Sales Team to help a client with getting started on 10to8.
