We are looking for an E&I Project Manager to join our team on a client site in Burnaby, BC. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and skills in electrical systems, equipment, and tools, and must possess a valid Journeyperson or Red Seal certification and prior experience managing crews.
This role is for a long-term maintenance position with work beginning immediately.
What would you be doing?

Responsible for workforce planning including the development of all work scopes, shift schedules, and field work packages to implement and control all work through to a safe and efficient completion.

Provide coaching, technical training and performance reviews for direct reports.

Provide regular communication on safety, goals, timelines, and expected progress while motivating your crew to succeed

Ensure all field activities in the assigned territory meet or exceed safety, quality, schedule, and cost through the efficient use of all resources including staffing, materials, tools, and equipment.

Ensure that daily and weekly short-range planning is implemented properly, right down to the foreman level.

Inspire a culture, that supports by example, where your actions and words line up with Flints core values.
Does this sound like you?

Have a Journeyperson Electrician ticket or a Red Seal Certificate.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

Valid and up to up-to-date tickets: CSTS.

Arc Flash safety ticket is an asset.

Have high regard for personal safety, the safety of company assets, and employees.

Self-motivated, capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision.

Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadlines.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.
