One of our automotive clients in Windsor, ON is looking for WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR for their facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse / operations employees.
- Provide support for the department as needed.
- Work with staff to handle work in a timely manner.
- Prepare delivery schedules to meet deadliness
- Work on Warehouse software to enter all goods received and shipped.
- Schedule inventory and review accuracy.
- Improves process and implement changes to reduce downtime.
- Mentor, train and motivate staff.
Qualifications –
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP Software)
- Possess strong leadership and managerial skills using a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work to meet deadlines
- Confident, able to make sound decisions and resolve issues that arise
- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team
- Effective communicator with co-workers and all levels of management
