Job Description:
– Develop and execute marketing plans in new markets
– Prepare and give presentations to corporations, businesses and other potential clients on the newly launched division of Good Air Ventilation.
– Develop, maintain, and present marketing calendar to other managers
– Hire (with approval) + liaise with external marketers/agencies/contractors/freelancers to accomplish marketing tasks requiring out-of-house talent
– Leverage paid search, social media, and other digital channels to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
– Measure, track, and report on campaign performance, making recommendations and providing actionable insights.
– Build visibility and credibility for our brand online. Protect, uphold and maintain Good Air Ventilation’s online reputation
– Develop social media strategies to connect with key audiences. Build strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and promotional companies
– Spearhead the design and execution of marketing campaigns and activities, including content marketing, paid media, events and promotions
– Implement performance metrics across multiple marketing channels to measure and optimize results
– Design and monitor the performance of active campaigns to ensure targets are met
– Research and recommend avenues for effective new communication channels
– Assist new business development by doing research, gathering insights, creating competitor profiles, etc.
– Stay on top of current trends and best practices in online marketing, and test new offerings/technologies.

Requirements:
– Class 5 driver’s license
– Shines working collaboratively in a fast-moving and team-oriented environment.
– A balanced, proactive thinker and a great problem solver.
– Analytical thinking skills – uses data to drive strategy and to focus activities.
– Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office, Gmail, social media, etc.)
– Holds high levels of professional motivation and expectations and manages time well.
– Highly organized and ability to function in a fast-paced business environment
– Exemplary/Expert level English reading and writing skills.
– Able to work independently
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent technical degree.
– 1+ years of experience in marketing/advertising.
