We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry Specialist. As part of the Financial Services industry, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This is a remote position based in Calgary, Alberta, offering part-time hours.
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter financial data into various databases and systems
- Verify the accuracy of entered information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Generate reports and prepare documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for data entry processes
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues
Skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience in data entry or related field is preferred but not required (entry-level position)
