Position Title: Senior Project Manager, Client Services (Software)
Position Summary
Texada Software is seeking our next experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Client Services PMO team. In this position, you will be working in a fast-paced environment to oversee the successful planning, execution and delivery of complex software implementation projects. This position will be primarily customer-facing and will be focused on project management, risk management, application delivery, issue tracking and support of our SaaS business products.

Remote / Hybrid (Office located in Mississauga, ON)
Candidates in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) preferred
How you will be contributing
Develop comprehensive project plans for large, multi-phased engagements encompassing multiple software applications
Identify and communicate any project risks, issues and dependencies clearly and concisely to senior management and stakeholders, while implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential roadblocks
Collaborate with engineers, professional services consultants and customers to help interpret project requirements and track their implementation within the project timeline
Track project and application issues raised by the customer and provide regular and timely updates on status
Track project billing milestones and report their achievement in a timely manner to Finance and Accounting leadership
Operate as a strong team player who takes the initiative to ensure the success of the project, the team and the customer
What we are hoping to find in your background
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of previous experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise software implementation projects
Experience with Smartsheet and/or other similar project management software
Knowledge of Agile project management and software implementation best practices
Experience with Aha, JIRA and Confluence
Familiarity with SaaS and CRM software
How to grab our attention
