We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a Legal Department on a 12-month contract to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of a new results management database. This position requires strong administrative skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
– Contribute to various data-related projects, primarily focused on the implementation of the new results management database
– Review and accurately enter data into the appropriate databases
– Proactively verify data through source documents to ensure accuracy
– Update existing data as necessary
– Manage and organize records and files
– Prepare relevant reports as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
– At least two years of experience in an administrative assistant or equivalent role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
– High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate with international partners
– Additional languages would be an asset as it is an international company
