Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
– Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
– Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Experience in the construction industry is an asset
