We offer a modern, well-equipped hospital to practice the best possible medicine. We have on-site ultrasound, digital full-body and dental radiographs, Idexx in-house lab machines (Catalyst and Procyte), multi-parameter Cardell monitor and a dedicated comfort room for clients during end of life appointments and we take low stress patient visits seriously.
As we continue to get busier our focus is on highly staffing our team in order to achieve optimal client communication, patient care and balancing the busy days for our team each day.
The duties of a a CSR include the following:
- Managing a 5 line-phone system
- Electronic communication with clients by email and texting
- Ability to triage client inquiries for medical concerns
- Maintain a scheduling system for 4 DVMs and our technicians
- Oversee and assist clients with online ordering
- Manage the flow of the hospital with curb-side appts and product pick up
- Maintain communication with clients by follow-up calls and reminder calls for vaccines and parasite prevention
- Most importantly, ensure clients feel welcome and their pets are loved!
We rely heavily on our CSR’s to represent our hospital as a caring, compassionate and professional atmosphere for our clients and their pets, especially while we are curb-side.
