WHAT YOU’LL BRING…
- 5-10 years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Numeric aptitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Safety conscious
- Mechanically inclined
- Experience in lean manufacturing
- Scheduling experience
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…
- Create and manage the production schedules to achieve business needs, while ensuring product standards.
- Responsible to coordinate labour and material flow.
- Manage the ERP system.
- Hold your team accountable – and they will do the same for you
- Train, coach, mentor and lead your team
- Manage workflow and delegate tasks
- Implement new processes and support growth within the company
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principals
- Plan production schedules
- Participate as a member of the team- hands on management is key
- Develops and prepares reports to drive corporate KPI’s.
- Ensure the team is working safely
