As a Continuing Care Scheduling Clerk, you report to the Office Administrator, performing a variety of scheduling and administrative duties related to the management of the continuing care units. This requires the ability to balance competing demands from co-workers in consideration of Continuing Care policies and the Collective Agreement. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment working to create a place the residents call home.

Job Requirements: Interaction with residents and their families, staff and members of the public; possible exposure to animals, second-hand smoke, infectious disease and latex products, plants/flowers; indoor temperatures of approximately 75 degrees Fahrenheit (23 degrees Celsius); rotating shift work, weekends and statutory holidays within a 24/7 per year setting; sitting for long periods in front of a computer, standing, twisting and bending.
