Our client, a major organization in the field of law, is looking to hire a hostess-receptionist for their downtown Montreal office.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the reception desk;
• Answering incoming calls on the general office line;
• Preparation and cleaning of conference rooms;
• Kitchen cleaning;
• Purchasing supplies and food;
• Ordering catered meals;
• Other related duties;

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar role;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Excellent organizational skills, methodical, personable, courteous, diplomatic and well presented;
• Excellent sense of initiative;
• Proactive and organized;
• Techno-friendly
• Fluency in French and professional level in English;
