The School of Management and Labor Relations seeks a coadjutant to manage various projects for the Beyond the Bill program at the Workplace Justice Lab@RU. This work includes overseeing and implementing activities related to projects and grant deliverables, including maintaining collaborative relationships, managing and delivering against timelines, leading grant-funded research projects, and guiding and supporting WJL@RU’s small business project. This work requires building relationships with agencies and organizations, employing qualitative research methods (including interviews), writing studies and briefs, and providing technical assistance and planning support. This is a part-time, grant-funded position.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, sociology, social work, labor relations, or related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of labor or community organizing.
Requires a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in administrative or similar function.
Experience in labor or community organizing
Experience in project management and grant management (grant writing and reporting)
Experience in fundraising
Experience and comfort with communications
Certifications/Licenses
