Requirements:

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories, best practices, and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Passion for creating inclusive and engaging learning environments for young children.
• Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and equity in early childhood education settings.
• Post secondary education specific to early childhood development
• Level 1, 2 or Level 3 Alberta Early Learning and Child Care certification
• Standard Childcare First Aid – Level B CPR & AED
• Need to obtain a current police information check
• Need to obtain a current child intervention check
• Knowledge and experience with FLIGHT: Albertas Early Learning and Care Framework is considered an asset
