Job Description

We are looking for a unique and bilingual Accounting Technician to join our Accounting Team working in Montreal and come working at the studio a few days a week. The ideal candidate must have some accounting experience and ideally completed a Accounting and Management Technology program.

Supervision : Financer Controller

Responsabilities:

• Month-end accounting cycle
• Preparation of various reports
• Client invoicing and account receivables;
• Deposits and application of client payments;
• Reception, Approval and recording of vendor invoices;
• Reconciliation of various bank and credit card accounts;
• Helping the Financial Controller with different accounting tasks;

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Accounting and management technology program;
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience;
• Experience with MS Excel and accounting software, ideally Netsuite;
• Organized and autonomous;
• Communication skills in both English and French;
• Capacity to adapt to an industry that is constantly changing;
