About This Career Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Directeur Construction and based out of Taschereau, Brossard the Project Coordinator, Construction Division, will assist with overall project performance and status from start to finish and in accordance with schedule, specifications and budget. The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively and have the required support to ensure that project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards comply with company policies and that contract requirements are met. The incumbent will be responsible for an array of Project Coordination functions focusing on safety, quality, and cost management, proactively communicating and keeping stakeholders well-informed of progress, discrepancies, questions, and impacts on project plan and schedule.
DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will appeal to a person who enjoys working with people and appreciates variety in their work. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with an innate ability to work independently and demonstrated proactive approach to task completion. This position requires flexibility; the ability to meet deadlines and deliver outputs within a short time, with competing priorities. Customer service orientation, coupled with detail orientation that presents in the form of a high level of accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality is critical to success.
