Kia 417 is currently looking for an experienced Parts Advisor (Bilingual Preferred) to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of automotive parts.
Responsibilities:
· Take orders for parts by phone and email for body shops and mechanical shops.
· Maintain and ensure optimum parts inventory, and create effective procedures to monitor inventory and data in computer systems
· Provide customers with information about parts, accessories and specials
· Maintain parts properly and ensure department is organized at all times
· Ensure that all parts customers are handled in a professional manner in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
· Implement and adhere to all policies, systems and procedures in the Parts Department
· Handle parts customer complaints as they occur and review with management
· Other duties as assigned my senior management
Requirements:
· Minimum 1 year experience in automotive parts sales
· Bilingual is consider an asset
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Minimum 1 years of automotive parts experience required
· Valid Ontario G driver’s license
· Clean driver’s abstract
· Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient with CDK and PC-based software
